SYSTRAN, a major player in the machine translation market and leader in solutions for private and public companies and organizations, announces the appointment of Vincent Godard as CEO. Beginning May 16^th2022, Vincent Godard, 57, takes over the management of all entities in the SYSTRAN Group.
In a highly dynamic machine translation market, his mission is to accelerate the growth of the group in the different geographies where it operates and to develop its activity in the cloud.

SYSTRAN, a major player in the machine translation market and leader in solutions for private and public companies and organizations, announces the appointment of Vincent Godard as CEO. Beginning May 16^th2022, Vincent Godard, 57, takes over the management of all entities in the SYSTRAN Group.
In a highly dynamic machine translation market, his mission is to accelerate the growth of the group in the different geographies where it operates and to develop its activity in the cloud.

He succeeds Jean Senellart, who, after 23 years at SYSTRAN, leaves his position as CEO to continue to sit on the Board of Directors as a Scientific Advisor. The Board of Directors of SYSTRAN would like to thank him for his excellent contribution, both scientifically and in business management.

With more than 25 years of business software experience in commercial management and operational management positions, Vincent Godard has worked at both large technology groups including IBM, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Sage, as well as recognized startups such as Qualiac, Itesoft, and Woonoz. Most recently, Vincent Godard was in charge of business development at Infor since 2020.
A graduate of ECAM Lyon, this engineer by training is already well acquainted with the market of Machine Translation and the SYSTRAN Group, having held the position of Commercial Director from 2009 to 2013, which will facilitate his onboarding.
